Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the jewelry in its original presentation box and secure it inside a padded shipping mailer to ensure it arrives safely.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring no previous tracking labels are visible.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
